Group Enrollment & Policies

To enroll in any of our classes please fill out the registration form along with the course application form and forward it to

Bodmer-ch will process your request and notify you of acceptance within 1 week of request receipt. Following this, tuition for your chosen course (and materials, if applicable) along with a registration fee of CHF 25 is due 4 weeks prior to the course start date.

Enrollment is on a first come basis. Confirmation of enrollment will be sent to you via email following receipt of payment. Please bring this with you at the start of the course.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
2 weeks prior to course start- 100% of tuition less registration and CHF 25 processing fee

1 week prior to course start- 50% of tuition less registration and CHF 25 processing fee

Following 1st class- 25% of tuition less registration and CHF 25 processing fee

2nd class and onward- no refund

Bodmer-ch reserves the right to cancel group classes within 2 weeks of the course start date at its discretion if the three person minimum is not met. In such cases, 100% of tuition will be refunded or the course will be deferred to a later agreed date.

Punctuality and Missed Classes
Please ensure your arrival at the Studio or meeting point 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. Missed group classes cannot be made up or refunded. If the need for Bodmer-ch to cancel a scheduled class should arise, the class will be rescheduled.

Bring a Friend
Enroll with a friend and you will each receive CHF 25 off your course fee.
